What are the requirements to rent?
We require a minimum of 575 credit score, no prior evictions, no criminal history and at least 3x the rent in monthly household income.
How much is the deposit?
Deposit is always equal to one months rent.
How much is the application fee?
Our application fees are $45. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply separately.
Do you accept Section 8 Vouchers?
At this time we do not have any properties that qualify, but if we do have one it will be mentioned in the listing description so keep an eye out and check back frequently!
Do you allow pets?
Yes, unless specified in the listing. We do require a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and $25 per pet per month.
How long is the lease?
At minimum your lease will be 1 year unless otherwise specified.
